With a background in technical training, event management and training management with a global OEM, Glen started his training consultancy in 2002. Working with influential  brands, both OEMs and suppliers to the motor industry, he developed and delivered award winning training programmes across Europe, Africa, America and Canada.

 Over a 10 year period he provided consultancy to franchise dealers, being recognised for improving customer satisfaction and Aftersales performance.

 Utilising his background in electronics and diagnosis, Glen has continued to develop technical training programmes particularly to help technicians truly understand electrical principles and high voltage systems.

 With a relaxed style and a deep understanding of learning types Glen adapts his teaching methods to suit all types and he prides himself on his ability to reach the less typical learners.
